Delivery Area

Theraabreath ships to addresses within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states).
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO addresses, FPO addresses, or international locations.

Shipping Cost

All orders ship free of charge.
No minimum purchase is required.
No product is excluded from free shipping.
No handling fees or shipping surcharges appear at checkout.

Order Processing Duration

Processing requires 1 to 2 business days. During this time we verify your order, pack the items, and transfer the package to the carrier.
Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or a federal holiday begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery Duration

Once the carrier accepts your package, delivery takes an additional 3 to 5 business days within the contiguous US.
Delivery time does not include processing time. The delivery timeline starts when the carrier performs the first scan. Actual delivery dates may vary due to carrier operations, destination location, weather conditions, and peak shipping periods.

Carrier Selection

We ship using USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier for your shipment is chosen at our discretion based on package size, weight, and destination to ensure reliable delivery. Customers cannot request a specific carrier.

Tracking Information

When tracking is available, we email the tracking details to the address you provided at checkout. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the carrier’s first scan.

Changing or Canceling Your Order

To request a change or cancellation, email info@theraabreath.com with your order number as soon as possible. If we receive your request before the order ships, we will make every effort to accommodate it. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled. You may return the items after delivery under our Return & Refund Policy.

Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Include apartment, unit, or suite numbers when applicable. Theraabreath is not responsible for delivery delays or return shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an address error or refused delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply.

Out-of-Stock Products

If a product is out of stock, the “Add to Cart” button on that product page will be disabled and cannot be clicked. We do not accept backorders or maintain waitlists.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives with damaged, defective, or incorrect items, contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Email info@theraabreath.com with your order number and clear photos showing the items and packaging. After we review your report, we will provide a replacement, a refund, or another resolution appropriate to the situation. We respond to damage and defect reports within 5 business days of receipt.

Lost Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, or if tracking shows no updates for 7 consecutive business days after shipment, contact us at info@theraabreath.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

Holiday Shipping

During peak holiday seasons (November through January), processing and transit times may be longer than standard. We recommend placing orders at least 10 business days before any desired delivery date.
