Return Window
You may initiate a return within 30 calendar days of the delivery date shown by the carrier’s tracking information.
Return Eligibility
Products are eligible for return if they are unused, in their original sealed packaging, and in the same condition you received them. You must provide your order number as proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Theraabreath does not currently designate any product categories as Final Sale or Clearance. All products qualify for return as long as they meet the standard eligibility conditions described above.
How to Start a Return
Email info@theraabreath.com with your order number, the items you want to return, and the reason for the return. If you are returning items because they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please attach clear photos. Do not ship items before receiving return authorization and instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused, and we are not responsible for items returned without authorization.
Return Shipping Cost
Theraabreath covers return shipping for all eligible returns within the contiguous United States. Once your return is approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label. No restocking fees apply to any return.

Refund Timing
After we receive your return, we inspect the items within 1 to 2 business days. Once approved, your refund is processed immediately. The refund is issued to the original payment method you used at checkout. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5 to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
Because all orders receive free outbound shipping, no outbound shipping fee is deducted from your refund.
Partial Refunds
If an item is returned in a condition that does not fully meet our eligibility criteria (for example, used, damaged by the customer, or missing original packaging), we may issue a partial refund. We will notify you of the reason before processing.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, contact us. Exchanges depend on product availability. If the desired item is unavailable, we will process a full refund instead.
