Orders and Payments

Q: How do I place an order?
A: Browse theraabreath.com, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping and payment information, then confirm your order. You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal. All transactions are in US Dollars.

Q: When is my payment charged?
A: Your payment method is charged at the time you place your order.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
A: Contact us immediately at info@theraabreath.com. If the order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled or changed.

Shipping and Delivery

Q: Where do you ship?
A: We ship exclusively within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO addresses, or international locations.

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Shipping is free on all orders. No minimum purchase is required.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Processing takes 1–2 business days. After shipment, delivery takes an additional 3–5 business days within the contiguous US. Total delivery time does not include order processing time.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: When your order ships, we send a tracking number to your email. Use this number on the carrier’s website to follow your package.

Q: What carriers do you use?
A: We ship with USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier is selected based on package size, weight, and destination.

Returns and Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?
A: You may return eligible items within 30 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. No items are currently sold as Final Sale.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: We do. Return shipping is free for all eligible returns within the contiguous US. We provide a prepaid return label.

Q: Is there a restocking fee?
A: No. We do not charge restocking fees.

Q: How long does it take to get my refund?
A: After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 1–2 business days. Your financial institution may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the credit.

Q: What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
A: Contact us within 72 hours of delivery at info@theraabreath.com with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
