You may use the site for lawful purposes only. Purchases are for personal, non-commercial use. You may not access non-public areas of the site, use automated tools to extract data, interfere with site functionality, or submit false or misleading information.
Product Information and Pricing
Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes. Minor variations may occur due to manufacturing tolerances or display differences. All prices are in US Dollars. Applicable taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address. Theraabreath reserves the right to change prices without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a system error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Orders and Payment
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Theraabreath reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders due to product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal. Payment details are processed securely through our payment gateway. We do not store full payment card numbers. The charge occurs at the time you place the order.
Shipping and Delivery
Free shipping applies to all orders within the contiguous United States with no minimum purchase. Processing requires 1–2 business days. Transit requires an additional 3–5 business days. Complete shipping terms are detailed in our Shipping Policy.
Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by Theraabreath. Refunds are processed within 1–2 business days of return approval. Complete return terms are detailed in our Return & Refund Policy.
Order Cancellation
You may request cancellation before shipment. Approval depends on order processing status when we receive your request. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be handled through the return process.
Intellectual Property
All content on theraabreath.com — including text, images, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by Theraabreath or its content providers. Reproduction, distribution, or derivative works require prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Theraabreath is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from site use or product purchases. Direct damages, where liability cannot be excluded, are limited to the amount paid for the applicable order.
